What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a resource for general training questions and support training processes
- Conduct needs analysis to identify performance and training needs
- Develop, manage, and facilitate training content using various adult learning methods
- Communicate company-wide changes and training roll-outs to appropriate divisions
- Evaluate training progress and update curriculum based on effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- One to three years of directly related experience in a multi-facility, multi-state organization
- Project management and Learning Management System administration (client-side) experience
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service background

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing training programs for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with quality standards that comply with company and JCAHO standards
- Graphic design capabilities for training materials
- Previous experience in change management facilitation
