What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop strategic learning and development programs to meet institutional priorities
- Implement and evaluate virtual and in-person learning programs using instructional design best practices
- Contribute to the planning and execution of a comprehensive learning strategy, focusing on accessibility and inclusivity
- Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning initiatives
- Create and maintain digital learning resources in alignment with accessibility and brand standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in teaching, learning, instructional design, program evaluation, and educational technologies
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning theories
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing and evaluating employee-facing learning programs in a higher education context
- Technical proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and educational technologies
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and creating aligned solutions
- Background in program or project management
