      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver engaging training programs for advisors on travel technology systems, including Sabre, Travelport, and Amadeus
      - Create tailored instructional materials to accommodate various learning styles and experience levels
      - Measure training effectiveness and analyze data to refine programs as needed
      - Collaborate with teams and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant
      - Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance advisor performance and confidence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Learning & Development Trainer in the leisure or corporate travel industry
      - Proficiency in Sabre, Travelport, or Amadeus, with the ability to train others on these platforms
      - Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs
      - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with instructional design tools such as Loom and Scribe
      - Proven ability to engage and inspire learners through innovative training techniques
