      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Understand and promote the dynamics and trends within the education market to enhance sales opportunities
      - Build relationships with key school districts to develop account strategies and execute sales plans
      - Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and utilize the company's product offerings effectively
      - Manage travel and entertainment budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
      - Complete ongoing training to enhance proficiency and understanding of the organization’s operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in furniture, equipment, or education technology sales within the K-12 market
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
      - 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or Education, or equivalent work experience
      - Strong knowledge of furniture and equipment products, as well as CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce.com)
      - Excellent time management, territory management, and financial management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in furniture and equipment project management/sales
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Ability to build networks, including through social media
      - Familiarity with sales processes, including question and probing skills
      - Experience in the K-12 education market
