- Champion every aspect of the strategy, design & delivery of GE Vernova’ s Lean Learning programs, including the identification and scheduling of purposeful cohorts and sessions, coordination and management of faculty, participant communications, curation of virtual and classroom experiences, coordination of all logistics, and execution of the measurement data collection plan and analysis to ensure a top-notch experience for participants.
- Ensure that the delivery of the learning experience, including all virtual and classroom activities, meet the requirements of the design specifications.
- Manage the vendors, coaches, and faculty required to execute the program. Monitor their performance and make corrections/enhancements as needed.
- Conduct faculty observations during the delivery of the virtual and classroom experiences, along with the measurement data and analysis, to evolve the program and ensure continuous improvement, where applicable.
- Collaborate on measurements / key performance indicators to assess training effectiveness in terms of impact on business goals, behavior change, and return on investment; monitor and adjust accordingly.
- Create and drive a marketing strategy and communication plan to assist in the understanding of the program, its requirements, and it’s intended impact.
- Optimize the delivery budget.
- As required, facilitate learning solutions, in-class interactions and/or activities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge or experience in Business, Human Resources or related field from an accredited university or college
- Major experience of demonstrated success in the design, development, and delivery of global development/training programs and/or change management initiatives or leading projects of scale and complexity
- Strong knowledge of and respect for all aspects of the learning field…performance consulting, design, development, delivery, operational management, learning technologies, and flexible learning options
- Understands challenges and capabilities required of learners, front line leader to senior leaders
- Demonstrates a strong executive presence; Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication (oral and written) skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across all GE Vernova businesses…high level of interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven leadership and budget management skills on large complex projects…demonstrated ability to manage and organize multiple components of a program simultaneously
- Team player…develops strong relationships and demonstrates advanced teamworking skills…highly respected and regarded by colleagues
- Able to travel ~25%+/- of the time
- MBA preferred; Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong business acumen across
- Lean or Quality learning development experience with all levels of the organization

As the Learning Leader of Lean Programs at GE Vernova you will use your program design and delivery skills to catapult our leaders to new levels. The salary range for this position is 135,600.00 - 226,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% variable incentive bonus.
