Within the Group, you will join the Group Learning department, responsible for defining strategic challenges and defining the training strategy for the entire AXA Group.
Within this department, you will join the GIE Learning & Development team, responsible for the training of GIE employees, and report to the L&D Manager.
Your role and daily missions:
The Training Officer's position aims to contribute to the development of the organization's employees' skills by relying on the training strategy and more broadly on the HR strategy of the entity. The position must work closely with the entity's departments and with the Learning Partners. Its role is to design, organize, and implement training actions based on identified needs to support individual and collective team performance.
Daily missions:
- Participate in cross-functional projects within the GIE L&D team to best meet the entity's needs by designing programs and content adapted to identified needs, using various pedagogical methods.
- Monitor the evolution of professions and educational tools to enrich the training offer.
- Ensure the reliability of data communicated to various instances, internal reports, and social data.
- Ensure the reliability of data integrated into the training plan follow-up in collaboration with Learning Partners.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop the training plan for GIE AXA employees through - the creation and improvement of training content offered to GIE employees.
- Coordinate, deploy, and ensure the proper implementation of internal and external training actions (logistics, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with Learning Partners, Group Learning teams, and HR teams on all assigned cross-functional topics.
- Obtain feedback from trainees to improve training programs.
- Animate existing communities to promote training actions.
- Interact with service providers.
- Monitor the evolution of professions and educational tools to enrich the training offer.
Required Expertise/Skills
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of the professional training environment and various pedagogical proposals.
- 2 years of experience in a training module design or educational engineering position.
- Knowledge of the functioning of a training plan and budget monitoring: use of tools such as Excel, PowerBI.
- Good understanding of e-learning environments and innovative technologies.
- Project management knowledge.
- Fluent English
