- Manage and organize all learning content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals, while conducting regular updates to maintain compliance with accessibility standards.
- Develop and write technical training materials, including guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and monthly eLearning sessions for floor team members on changes to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to gather information, ensure accuracy of content, and address any content-related issues or queries from team members.
- Coordinate and manage training participation in various projects, ensuring timely completion and feedback collection.
- Work closely with external development vendors to enhance training resources and tools, ensuring quality and timely delivery of training solutions.
- Participate in internal process improvement teams to identify and implement refinements in training delivery.
- Complete additional writing, development, and project tasks as required to support the Onboarding & Training team’s objectives, ensuring continuous improvement in training effectiveness and alignment with organizational initiatives.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably with a focus on technical writing and content management.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proven experience in managing training projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools.
- Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of grammar and syntax.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong training and presentation skills, with experience in delivering engaging sessions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to write in an inclusive and accessible manner, ensuring all training materials are understandable for all employees.
