      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process all prospect applications and recertifications according to compliance regulations and guidelines
      - Review and pre-approve certification and recertification files within 24 hours of receipt
      - Monitor various compliance reports to ensure adherence to regulations
      - Participate in state and syndicator file audits by assisting in site preparation and response
      - Remain knowledgeable in federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
      - Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification preferred
      - Knowledge of Section 42 LIHTC policies and regulations
      - Experience with Yardi software
      - Strong communication skills and mathematical ability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in affordable housing or property management
      - Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations
      - Ability to work effectively across multiple locations
      - Proficiency in compliance reporting and audit processes
      - Willingness to engage in community outreach initiatives
