      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the shared leave mailboxes and respond to inquiries from employees and vendors
      - Provide first-level issue resolution and assist with data gathering for escalated cases
      - Perform audits and manage employee return statuses in the system
      - Communicate with customers, ensuring timely follow-up and resolving inquiries
      - Document all cases in the case management application and collaborate with HR counterparts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience preferred
      - Experience in the healthcare industry or shared services/internal service delivery role preferred
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ServiceNow for case management
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Highly motivated, team-focused, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
