What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage employee support and administrative services related to leave of absence and disability programs
- Develop an in-depth understanding of employer-sponsored leave and disability policies, including FMLA and military leave
- Serve as a liaison between the HR department, employees, and benefit carriers to facilitate effective communication
- Investigate and resolve benefit-related concerns, including payroll and claims issues
- Collaborate with the Benefits & Well-being team to address and resolve accelerated issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED and relevant work experience in leave of absence administration
- Experience operating in an HRIS payroll/benefit/leaves management system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting/filtering and creating formulas
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work with limited supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Higher education or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related field
- Experience with Workday/UKG timekeeping systems
