- Be a subject matter expert on all company LOA programs, policies and pay. This is including, but not limited to: Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Short Term Disability, state leaves, parental leaves, and paid time off
- Provide case management resolution and consultative support to employees with LOA pay questions
- Review audit pay slips pertaining to LOA payments
- Manage and escalate complex LOA payment cases appropriately for guidance using sound judgment and knowledge of company practices, procedures and policies – this includes system processing issues, leave pay discrepancies and vendor escalations
- Maintain data in case tracking and HCM with speed and accuracy, while understanding the downward stream effects on payroll
- Processing high volume of repetitive and transactional tasks as needed; adhering to confidentiality requirements with sensitive and complicated LOA and payment information
- Troubleshoot errors, provide recommended solutions, document internal processes
- 4+ years’ experience in payroll with focus on leave of absences
- Oracle HCM experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy and experience maintaining confidentiality
- Analytical and problem-solving experience along with strong Excel skills
- Process improvement experience
- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a dead-line driven environment
- The ability to use data to notice trends and provide recommendations
- Experience in large multi-state payroll environment

This position will focus on leave of absence compliance while utilizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and Microsoft Excel. You will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to pay attention to detail and prioritize responsibilities. You will also provide quality LOA payroll support and case management services to employees and key stakeholders.
