      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain attorney calendars by scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel, while monitoring client deadlines
      - Prepare correspondence, memos, and various legal documents as directed
      - Assist with document review, proofreading, and editing of legal documents and presentations
      - Conduct conflicts checks and draft engagement letters through electronic intake systems
      - Effectively communicate with attorneys to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology platforms
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or training roles
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear information conveyance
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
