What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with the Legal and Global Investigations team to respond to criminal and civil subpoenas
- Analyze subpoenas and court orders for validity and completeness
- Review information from law enforcement and escalate potential case developments
- Conduct thorough research of internal databases for relevant accounts
- Communicate with attorneys and governmental agencies to clarify records and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience handling highly sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in reviewing and responding to legal documents such as court orders or subpoenas
- Proficiency in basic data analysis tools including Excel, Looker, or Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in financial crime investigations
- Experience as a paralegal
