What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update internal and external client systems within expected timeframes
- Sort, scan, categorize, label, digitally file, and organize legal documentation
- Complete assigned work queue items accurately and timely
- Assist with preparing various required items for clients and courts
- Communicate professionally through various platforms, including phone and email

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong ability to adhere to basic instructions, job aids, and procedures
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Commitment to providing exceptional, responsive, and time-bound service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior bankruptcy experience
- Experience in the preparation of Proofs of Claim, including the 410A
- Familiarity with accounting functions such as reconciliations or payment history preparation
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
