      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain contact with clients throughout the duration of their case to provide updates and obtain important information
      - Coordinate medical treatment for clients and confirm account balances with medical providers
      - Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to discuss case facts and coverage information
      - Review incoming correspondence and manage information in Case Management Software (Litify)
      - Collaborate with attorneys regarding case status, medical treatment, and insurance information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
      - No prior experience or training necessary
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone calls
      - Strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a legal or case management environment
      - Familiarity with case management software
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
