What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and support lawyers with legal research, drafting documents, and client communication
- Maintain legal files and prepare necessary documentation for attorneys
- Manage attorneys' calendars and anticipate scheduling conflicts
- Ensure compliance by producing accurate regulatory reports and verifying information
- Provide administrative assistance and support for hearings, trials, and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in law office administration or legal support
- Strong organizational skills to maintain legal files and manage calendars
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accuracy in statistical reports
- Excellent communication skills for client and witness interaction
- Ability to analyze and compile information for reports related to legal operations
