What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and support lawyers with legal research, document drafting, and client communication
- Maintain and organize legal files, including preparing Division forms and stipulations
- Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions
- Ensure regulatory compliance by producing accurate and timely reports
- Analyze and compile narrative and statistical information related to CompLegal operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate legal files
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining statistical reports
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
