What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a positive first impression for all firm contacts and manage new client intakes via Clio Grow
- Implement marketing plans and manage social media content to enhance firm visibility
- Answer calls, coordinate and schedule meetings, and effectively screen clients
- Organize, update, and maintain client databases and files using Clio Manage
- Assist with document drafting, processing, and handling financial disclosures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, with family law experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Proficiency with Clio Grow and Clio Manage
- Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional education beyond a High School Diploma
- Creative thinker with a compassionate, client-focused approach
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
