Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to FriHybrid

What you’ll do
Providing legal support to Vodafone’s consumer business unit, focussing on Pay as You Go and Voxi, with opportunities to support on other projects, such as Network and Roaming.
•To work with the Consumer legal team to deliver excellent legal advice and support to the Consumer Business Unit in Vodafone UK.
•Collaborating effectively with other parts of the UK Legal team and the Group Legal team.
•Being the key legal point of contact for new projects, and overseeing projects from inception through to launch.
•Reviewing and approving consumer facing advertising and pivotal brand campaigns, which play a key part in Vodafone’s mission of ‘Together we can’.
•Keeping up-to-date with recent legal development and emerging legal issues which could impact Vodafone’s UK operations and advising the business accordingly.
•Being that crucial consumer liaison for stakeholders across the whole business, and building excellent relationships.Who you are
•Qualified solicitor or barrister with high quality post qualification experience in commercial law.
•University honours degree (second class or better)
•Good time management skills with ability to prioritise and manage demanding workload
•Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
•Experience as a consumer lawyer in private practice or in house ideally in the technology, media or telecommunications industry.
•Experience in advising on consumer law and regulation in the UK would be helpful, but not essential, as would a general understanding of any of privacy, advertising codes, content distribution, e-commerce, consumer credit, payments and intellectual property laws.
•Motivated, self-starter who is ready to go the extra mile and has a desire to expand their knowledge and skills.
