What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Legal department by overseeing and tracking budgets and expenses
- Implement and maintain an eBilling system, ensuring accuracy of submitted invoices
- Prepare and distribute monthly preliminary financial reports for subsidiary businesses
- Collaborate with attorneys and law firms to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial processes to streamline workflow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA in Finance/Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience in a medium to large company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PC and Excel applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with personnel at all levels and resolve issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with a focus on account analysis
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
