What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field all Potential New Client (PNC) calls promptly to ensure timely assistance
- Gather essential information during the initial contact with PNCs
- Communicate with attorneys regarding case acceptance decisions in a timely manner
- Schedule and dispatch investigators as required for case assessments
- Follow up with PNCs to assist them in signing up for legal services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM and case management software is a plus
- Previous legal experience is a plus
- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Availability to be on call and work weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
