What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Log all incoming calls and emails in the database
- Book consultations, manage Calendly, and confirm potential clients' attendance
- Generate fee agreements, invoices, and follow up about engagements
- Onboard new clients, set up client files, and work to optimize the intake glide path
- Perform general office tasks and assist with post-representation follow-ups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enjoy talking on the phone
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Previous legal experience highly valued
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Legal Intake Specialist or similar role
