What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong passion for understanding legal intricacies, with a background as a paralegal or recent law school graduate (no aspiration to become a lawyer)
- Hyper-organized nature with a process-driven mindset
- Confidence and urgency in managing tasks, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with resale or brokerage negotiations in the digital infrastructure industry
