      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in managing the employer’s Outside Counsel preferred provider panel and AFA program
      - Handle rate and AFA negotiations, ensuring compliance within the legal billing system
      - Administer the legal billing platform and manage daily billing processes
      - Communicate with outside counsel to address billing guideline non-compliance
      - Support the development and maintenance of the Legal team’s knowledge management function

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in outside counsel management or legal operations
      - Proven consultative and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
      - Strong problem-solving skills for internal and external client issues
      - Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
      - Experience with GSuite, Simple Legal, and Persuit

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results
      - Proven track record in identifying process pain points and delivering improvements
      - Experience working independently as well as part of a team
