What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the management of the employer's Outside Counsel preferred provider panel and AFA program
- Negotiate rates and monitor compliance within the employer's e-billing system
- Administer the daily legal billing process and address inquiries as they arise
- Research payment processes and resolve issues related to invoices
- Communicate with outside counsel to ensure adherence to Billing Guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in outside counsel management or legal operations
- Strong consultative and customer service skills with relationship-building ability
- Proven problem-solving skills for internal and external clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with GSuite, Simple Legal, and Persuit

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in identifying and improving business processes
