      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define, drive, and report on strategic and operational initiatives to ensure timely and budget-conscious results
      - Administer legal enterprise software, including contract and matter management
      - Implement and streamline tools and procedures for the legal department
      - Manage outside counsel usage and spend, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines
      - Perform administrative tasks, including communication with leadership and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal project operations
      - Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal enterprise software
      - Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, HighQ, Icertis, and/or Memotech
      - Familiarity with SAP and reviewing law firm invoices
      - Demonstrated creative and flexible problem-solving abilities
