      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic direction and leadership for the TrustLaw service in North America and the Caribbean
      - Line manage and support the growth of a Program Officer and a Legal Officer
      - Oversee a diverse portfolio of law firms, corporations, NGOs, and other stakeholders
      - Design and manage cross-border research and projects addressing critical social and policy needs
      - Lead the delivery of core service tasks ensuring high-quality service and member satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the legal or non-profit sectors
      - Strong understanding of pro bono opportunities and challenges in North America and the Caribbean
      - Proven experience in team management and project programming within the charity or non-profit sectors
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with public speaking experience
      - Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in designing pitches and presentations for senior stakeholders
      - Expertise or thought leadership in areas related to media freedom, inclusive economies, or human rights
      - Knowledge of Salesforce and experience managing information in databases
      - Fluency in Spanish or other languages in addition to English
      - Willingness to travel internationally
