      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and implement outside counsel engagement strategies, aligning with legal leadership and stakeholders
      - Oversee the law firm vendor lifecycle, including selection, negotiation, and billing management
      - Manage the legal billing team and implement best practices for legal billing protocols
      - Run the annual outside counsel legal budget exercise in collaboration with the Legal Leadership Team
      - Lead law firm diversity and inclusion initiatives and support pro bono programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) with a focus in finance or economics preferred
      - 7-10 years of experience in a legal pricing environment
      - Experience with people management and strong interpersonal skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI
      - Working knowledge of corporate finance/budgeting practices and legal billing systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with large, geographically dispersed teams
      - Familiarity with legal technology such as Serengeti, TyMetrix T360, or Onit
      - Proactive approach to recognizing needs and solving problems
