      Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and placing legal professionals across various practice areas. As a Legal Recruiter at Professional Partners Group you will collaborate with clients and candidates, building relationships, and matching skilled legal talent with the right opportunities.

      Must have knowledge and experience: Identifying legal talent for a variety ofLaw firm types: Corporate, Finance, Intellectual Property, Employment, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Family Law.

      Responsibilities:
      • Partner with law firms and corporations to understand their legal staffing needs and requirements.
      • Source, screen, and interview legal candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for various roles.
      • Build and maintain a network of legal professionals, nurturing relationships to ensure a strong talent pool.
      • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive legal candidates.
      • Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for potential candidates.
      • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and legal recruitment best practices.
      • Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in, Law, Business, or a related field. Desired
      • Proven experience as a legal recruiter, with a track record of successful placements. With the following positions: Attorneys: Associates, Lateral Associates, Partners - Legal Staff: Paralegals, Legal Administrators, Case Managers and other titles
      • Strong understanding of legal practice areas, terminology, and the legal job market.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to establish rapport with candidates and clients, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
      • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
      • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
      • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting recruitment goals.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
      • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
