What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex legal and non-legal research to support the employer’s thought leadership and blog
- Draft policy endorsements and language for management and professional liability insurance
- Maintain proficiency in legal and non-legal information retrieval systems
- Create targeted litigation alerts and provide ready reference services
- Manage and adjust claims related to E&O Professional Liability with a focus on customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 5 years of research experience in a law firm or insurance company claims department
- Knowledge of legal bibliography and computer-assisted legal research
- Advanced proficiency in Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg Law, and similar research tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
