      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct electronic and manual research on identified subject matter
      - Draft memoranda summarizing and analyzing research results
      - Review documents related to labor and trade enforcement
      - Occasionally translate research results into English and Spanish
      - Assist in the preparation of documentation for potential litigations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business, legal, labor, or relevant environment
      - Fluent in English and Spanish to perform all tasks effectively
      - Ability to pass the required EOP background investigation
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Exposure to labor issues is strongly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in legal research and analysis is desired
      - Experience in labor issues, while not required, is a plus
