What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the first point of contact for potential new clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Manage inquiries from potential clients via various channels and guide them through the intake process
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the intake process
- Draft and respond to emails, letters, and notices while overseeing client reviews on multiple platforms
- Prepare and present monthly reports, including Potential New Client (PNC) and Rize Review reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, ideally within the legal industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in English with a clear and articulate phone voice
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, Dropbox, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Lexis, and Rutters Guides
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling within industries such as financial services, healthcare/medical services, consulting, or B2B SaaS
- Comfortable using assertive sales tactics while maintaining empathy and respect
