What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel
- Manage corporate entity filings and documentation, including organizing board meetings and maintaining corporate minute books
- Oversee the agreement execution process and assist with negotiation of standard agreements
- Perform legal research, due diligence, and manage responses to subpoenas and records requests
- Track departmental expenditures and assist in budget preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate legal department
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent writing and analytical abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Notary Public certification is preferred
- Proactive and industrious nature with meticulous attention to detail
