Job summary
Are you looking for an administrative role that will give you expereience within a legal environment, then we invite you to join our team.
If successful, you will work as part of the in-house Legal Department and with colleagues across the Trust to provide administrative support for legal claims from receipt to settlement and assisting in the administration of matters notified by the Coroner and Officers, along with other ad hoc legal matters.
You will also get to assist with effective claims management including any changes to services that need to be made to improve and sustain a positive experience for patients, clients, carers and staff. Supporting in the recording of risk management recommendations and outcomes upon completion of each claim / inquest.
And finally you will also get a chance to liaise and collaborate with a variety of staff and departments across the Trust and with external bodies, organisations and groups as deemed appropriate.
