Job Description
- Req#: R71820
- Assist with Discovery requests for litigated/mediated/arbitrated matters
- Work directly with outside counsel under the supervision of the Legal Supervisor and Corporate Counsel
- Assist stores in responding to Small Claims filings
- Work with stores to respond to document subpoenas
- Assist Customer Cares
- Track all mediations, court hearings and arbitrations
- Assist in organizing and managing files
- Provide administrative support for the Legal Team
- Other duties as assigned
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Must possess strong time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree
- 3 or more years of experience in a legal environment or equivalent professional setting
