What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze confidential peace officer personnel documents under criminal discovery principles
- Submit written recommendations regarding peace officer eligibility for a "Brady List"
- Participate in discussions regarding legal principles supporting recommendations
- Conduct research and fact verification of information in legal documents
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by legal staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a law school student attending an ABA or State Bar of California-accredited institution with a minimum 2.5 GPA
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Strong critical thinking and writing skills
- Good work habits, dependability, and time management skills
- Interest in criminal law and completion or enrollment in criminal law and procedure courses

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience analyzing cases and drafting analysis on complex legal subjects
