      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key luxury travel agencies and partners to drive business opportunities
      - Support the hotel's leisure revenue goals by generating transient business for the property
      - Solicit, negotiate, and service luxury FIT/wholesale accounts, including agent training and marketing
      - Analyze forecasts, costs, and revenue reports to inform strategic decision-making
      - Maintain and build the Salesforce database of clients for effective relationship management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor representing a luxury hotel, resort, or travel agency
      - Proven ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders
      - Self-motivated with a competitive spirit to achieve revenue goals
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills for effective representation of the property
      - Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Delphi/Salesforce system to enhance sales processes
      - Previous experience working with luxury consortia accounts such as Virtuoso, AMEX, and Signature
      - Strong background in analyzing market trends and competitor performance
      - Established network within the luxury travel industry
      - Knowledge of wellness and adventure tourism trends
