The Lemoore East plant is seeking temporary positions for the year 2025. We are offering a Retention bonues for those employees who meet established criteria for the bonus.

Leprino Foods is the largest manufacturer of cheese and whey products. We are seeking individuals for our general labor pool to provide support to our production operations. The individual must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. This position does not guarantee 40 hours per week.

• Must be able to follow all applicable safety rules and regulations.
• Must be able to provide quality products with a quality mind-set
• Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures when operating machinery or equipment
• Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following good manufacturing practices (GMP’s)
• Perform housekeeping and other daily duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, forepersons, Supervisors and Managers.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practices.
• This position will be exposed to working in a wet/slippery environment with loud noise in varying degrees of temperature.
• Specific vision may be required for this position, including close vision, distance vision, color and depth perception.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment/objects throughout the shift (up to 55 lbs).
• Occasional walking, standing, climbing up stairs/ladders, bending, and reaching required.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range: $29.51 per hour to start.

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
