- Enter fees for the preparation of initial and final Closing Disclosures
- Provide customer service and fee support for the Closing Teams
- Review Purchase Agreements to determine transaction-specific fee information
- Respond to lender inquiries and document submissions in the transaction file

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of transaction fee structures
- Previous closing experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in title and settlement services
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in computer and typing skills
