      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the programming MegaCenter Alarm Requirements (MAR) document and New Account Checklist are up to date
      - Build new accounts in the alarm system program and monitoring software, ensuring accuracy of documentation
      - Verify that all zones are active and reporting properly through complete on-site tests
      - Provide instruction on proper operation of alarm and access control systems to end users as required
      - Assist Help Desk resources with data entry and maintenance of technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a related field
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Industry-standard certification from a nationally accredited and recognized organization
      - Technical knowledge of alarm systems and electronic equipment
      - Ability to maintain accurate documentation and file management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in alarm programming or help desk support
      - Familiarity with alarm panel testing and troubleshooting procedures
      - Knowledge of the security industry standards and practices
      - Experience in working with government contracts or clients
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
