      Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Service Desk Technician for a remote position. This will be a 3 month contract opportunity, from April to July. This Technician will work the hours of 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (EST HOURS)

      Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web-based tools, and email
      • Provide voice-based and remote technical support to end users for all standard desktop issues and respond to queries
      • Run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, determine, and implement solutions
      • Ability to demonstrate the capability to achieve results under pressure in a fast-paced client-driven environment
      • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
      • Will coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming employee calls for a wide variety of clients and industries just like an L1
      • Serve as first point of contact for all technical support service requests
      • Requests for support will be for technical / IT issues involving desktop and laptop application software or network services from local personnel or from employees using remote network access



      $35.00 - $36.50 per hour
