What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure the programming MegaCenter Alarm Requirements (MAR) document is up to date
- Build new accounts in the alarm system program and the monitoring software
- Verify all zones are active and reporting properly through a complete test on site
- Provide documentation to the agency confirming account activation and assist with user and zone updates
- Support onsite technicians by assisting in troubleshooting and reading alarm panel information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in alarm programming or related field
- High School Diploma
- Industry-standard certification from a nationally accredited and recognized organization
- Technical knowledge to perform routine tasks and repair simple electronic equipment
- Ability to provide instruction on proper operation of alarm and access control systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in working with alarm systems and monitoring software
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Knowledge of the Security Work Authorization (SWA) and invoicing processes
- Previous experience coordinating work efforts with technicians and engineers
