What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify subrogation potential and investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims
- Negotiate settlements and maximize recoveries in accordance with state laws
- Coordinate further investigative needs with adjusters
- Draft letters to State's Attorneys for restitution in criminal proceedings
- Monitor statutes of limitations and prepare for civil filings as appropriate

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Adjuster's License required (AZ, GA, IN, KS, NV, OK, SC, TX (DHS), UT preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general liability and workers' compensation claims
- Strong investigative and negotiation skills with the ability to identify legal liability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling multi-jurisdictional subrogation claims
- Background in auto liability investigation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex claim situations
