What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Urgently pursue and connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and text
- Develop relationships with customers to deliver an outstanding sales experience
- Consult with customers to understand their unique insurance needs and present appropriate solutions
- Achieve monthly production goals and performance objectives
- Work cross-functionally with underwriting, external carriers/vendors, and other teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma; post-secondary education is helpful
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Thorough understanding of Commercial Lines insurance
- Experience in a high-volume, inside sales environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CRM) helpful
- Strong technical skills – ability to efficiently work with multiple programs and platforms simultaneously
- Reliable, responsible, creative self-starter with a positive attitude and attention to detail
