      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth by engaging with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS
      - Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs, gaps in coverage, and recommend appropriate solutions
      - Obtain and maintain Property & Casualty License with assistance from the employer
      - Achieve sales targets and adhere to company regulations and processes
      - Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals to enhance personal and organizational success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold an active Property & Casualty License in your state of residence, or be able to obtain one within 3 attempts
      - At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus preferred
      - High school diploma or GED is required
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
      - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
