What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to clients on insurance policies
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Educate clients on policy terms, benefits, and premiums
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Assist in claims processing and support clients throughout the claims process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license in your resident state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends
- Remote work experience or ability to work effectively in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Licensed Agent in the insurance industry
