      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records to report progress to stakeholders
      - Develop and deliver risk management strategies tailored to each customer's profile
      - Stay informed on insurance industry changes to fulfill policy requirements and monitor claims
      - Assess new and potential clients' priorities and finances to recommend suitable insurance plans
      - Implement effective sales strategies to maintain and grow a long-term customer base

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
      - Valid insurance license is required
      - Proven understanding of the insurance industry, including products and regulations
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills
      - Experience with accounting and/or sales lead software is a plus

      - Experience in a related insurance industry role with a focus on sales and client cultivation
