What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement instruction for students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and co-occurring disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Monitor and report on students' progress toward educational goals for grades pre-k through 12th
- Guide classroom support staff in educational instruction activities and intensive teaching sessions
- Lead skill set/project meetings in collaboration with supervisors
- Attend regular meetings with the clinical team to discuss student progress and strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Certification as a Licensed Intervention Specialist in the State of Ohio
- 1-2 years of experience working as an Intervention Specialist or in a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Teaching experience through field placement, student teaching, or employment, particularly with students with Autism and/or Behavior Disorders
