What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with their Medicare needs by providing guidance on various insurance options
- Ensure clients make informed decisions regarding their healthcare coverage
- Conduct all business interactions over the phone, with no in-person meetings required
- Focus on growing the remote team and meeting the healthcare needs of the Medicare population
- Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound campaigns as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in any state except California or New York
- At least 1 year of Medicare Enrollment Period sales agent experience, preferably for the 2024-2025 AEP
- AHIP Certification and licensed in 5 or more states
- Commitment to working a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Release from past employer is required

- Experience with selling various types of Medicare plans
- Proven track record of sales success in the health insurance industry
- Ability to create and manage marketing strategies effectively
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
