      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist clients with their Medicare needs, providing guidance on insurance options
      - Ensure clients make informed decisions regarding their healthcare coverage
      - Conduct all business interactions over the phone, with no in-person meetings required
      - Build genuine connections with clients to provide tailored benefits
      - Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound campaigns as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have at least 1 year of Medicare Enrollment Period sales agent experience, with 2024-2025 AEP preferred
      - AHIP Certification required
      - Licensed in 5 or more states currently
      - Commitment to working a minimum of 25 hours per week
      - Release from past employer required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with remote sales in the health insurance sector
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets
      - Familiarity with various Medicare plans and supplements
      - Ability to adapt marketing strategies based on client needs
